Brought to you by the NWA Emerging Leaders Board, we are excited to host another wine tasting class led by Grand Cru Guild, Board Member, and Grand Senechel of the Nashville Sous-Commanderie of the Confrérie des Chevaliers du Tastevin, Steve Taylor.

This workshop will journey into the heart of French wine country and, more specifically, the pinnacle of pinot noir and chardonnay production: Burgundy. Ah Burgundy—the name makes our mouths begin to water. It is the ultimate terroir with a history and tradition that can allow certain labels to command prices of over $10,000 a bottle. WHY, you ask, is this beloved region so special? And at times so heart-breaking for the vignerons? How can some vignerons be limited not to a hectare but to rows of grapes?
