The lucky high bidder of this dinner has already planned an exciting “create your own” soirée featuring Pahlmeyer wines in a hip location with a great chef!
Chef Carey Bringle of the Peg Leg Porker in The Gulch is serving up an array of smoked BBQ delights on the Pig Pen Rooftop Bar. This dinner is the perfect celebration for any special occasion.
If you’ve been lucky enough to taste some Pahlmeyer (perhaps at Pairings 2023 and 2024) you know how great these wines are. Pahlmeyer’s wines offer exquisite structure, balance, and finesse. Meticulous attention is paid in the vineyard and cellar to allow the highest, clearest expression of the terroir.
And our amazing Chef? When Chef Carey Bringle was in high school, he lost his leg to osteosarcoma. Bringle has never let that slow him down in his quest for domination in the world of competitive barbecue. The award-winning chef maintains his status while running a restaurant and whiskey business. That’s a testament to his strength, and the fact that he has such an upbeat attitude about his battle with cancer is a demonstration of his character. It is also why this dinner will be even more fitting for the Nashville Wine Auction cause.
