California Wine Stars Shine So Bright

Pam and Steve Taylor have pulled fabulous bottles from their cellar for a dinner showcasing California stars at Hal’s The Steakhouse, the perfect balance of relaxed sophistication for the evening’s festivities.
Since these California stars shine so bright, everyone will need sunglasses! After starting the evening with bubbles (Schramsberg of course), guests dive into expertly paired courses that excite the palate and the mind.
Course one features the kings of Chardonnay: Kongsgaard, Aubert, and Marcassin. Course two highlights Napa’s founders: Dominus, Opus One, Joseph Phelps, and Caymus. It would only make sense that course three would focus on Napa’s “New Guard” cult wineries: Harlan, Scarecrow, Bryant Family, and Hundred Acre. We’ll round out the evening with dessert paired with Dolce Winery’s Late Harvest. Could there be a more perfect lineup? Not likely.
We are excited to partner with Hal’s The Steakhouse – opening their second location in Nashville 35 years after opening their original location in Atlanta. They perfected their craft before coming to Nashville, and we cannot wait to try those perfect pairings.
22 lucky bidders will have the honor of attending this classic California dinner on Friday, April 4, 2025.
