Chef Joe Townsend, a Nashville Wine Auction mainstay, will be bringing the culinary expertise, along with fabulous oysters from John Harley, proprietor of Serenoa Shellfish! Founded in 2019, this family business focuses on sustainably providing the highest quality Florida shellfish.

Their flagship oysters are Skipper Sweets, grown in Skipper Bay, FL and are available at fine restaurants and raw bars throughout the south– Nashville included. The company name comes from Serenoa repens, the Latin name for saw palmetto: the small palm trees that grow near sandy environments where owner John Harley lives with his family in Sopchoppy, Wakulla County, Florida.
