A Dinner to Celebrate the Women of Wine and Food

Talented winemakers. Visionary vintners. Chefs with more skill, creativity, and grit than most. (And yes, they just so happen to be women).
On Thursday, March 26, 2026, we’re throwing a dinner in celebration of women who are shaping both the wine and culinary
worlds. We’re proud to host a women-centered wine event, especially during Women’s History Month! Expect an evening that’s equal parts powerful and elegant.
The lineup speaks for itself. Wines from powerhouses like Celia Welch, Pam Starr, Catherine Kistler, Anne Moller-Racke, Lynn Penner-Ash, Kari Auringer, and more. All are trailblazers whose influence helped define modern American wine.
In the kitchen, we’re lucky to experience two extraordinary talents. Chef Alyssa Gangeri of The Butter Milk Ranch (a familiar favorite from our Somm Showdowns and past Pairings desserts) joins forces with Chef Hannah Miller of Urban Grub to create a perfectly paired menu.
This VIP after-hours dinner will take place at The Butter Milk Ranch, Nashville’s highly coveted bakery and brunch destination. It’s nearly impossible to snag a table when the doors are open, so experiencing it while it is “closed” just for this special evening is rare.
