The Unforgettable Gentlemen’s Dinner You May Not Remember with Memento Mori

On Thursday, June 19, 2025, join Jay Erter and Brannan Atkinson at Hall’s Chophouse for a stellar evening featuring the finest steaks, chops and seafood, hearty signature sides, and of course, wine pairings that you’ll never forget. This is the second year this event has been hosted by our friends at Hall’s—you might (might not?) remember that every course at last year’s dinner boasted rave reviews from every attendee.

Another unforgettable component of this dinner? All wines are provided by Memento Mori. Taken from an ancient Latin philosophy that reminds us of our mortality and the inevitability of death, Memento Mori is a shared mantra which the founders interpret as “Remember to Live.”

This limited-production winery specializes in Cabernet Sauvignon from some of the most internationally acclaimed vineyard sites in Napa Valley. Founded in 2010 by three childhood friends, Adriel Lares, Hayes Drumwright, and Adam Craun, who have committed themselves to crafting sophisticated wines of tremendous balance, honesty and profundity.

The evening wraps with dessert and a promise of a brown liquor surprise.
