The Superlative California Wine Dinner for Couples

When discriminating collectors, Pamela and Anthony Cmelak, decide to curate “Best of California” selections from their cellar for an epic wine dinner, your ears should perk up, your mouth should water, and your paddle hand should start itching.

This sublime collection of Sparkling, Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Zinfandel, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, and dessert wine will take you on a grand tour of California without even having to board a plane.  Eleven couples will head downtown to Nashville’s Oak Steakhouse on Friday, May 1, 2026.

There they will join Pamela and Anthony for a legendary meal paired with a fantastic lineup of California greats. The hosts are exemplary, the wine divine, and the cuisine second to none.
