License To Swill: The Ultimate BOND Dinner

A License to Swill will be granted to sixteen top agents for an evening in Her Majesty’s Secret Service. Come dressed as your favorite Bond character as Ms. Moneypenny and Q (aka Rahel Klapheke and Jim Sloan) open their home for a Top Secret evening.

After passing through security, you can wrap your Goldfinger around a martini glass – shaken and not stirred – as you survey the scene and mingle with your fellow heroes and villains. Take your place at the table and turn your Goldeneye to the glasses in front of you. The entire BOND Terroir Portfolio from 2018 and 2019 will come into focus and thrill the Living Daylights out of you. Paired with the perfect menu From Ramquist With Love (aka the Man with the Golden Pan), Kevin will delight and surprise you.

On March 23, 2024, The World is Not Enough for these BOND wines – as a special guest for the evening will explain. A portfolio of wines that are diverse in their geographic representation and ‘Grand Cru’ in quality these wines are truly an expression of terroir. PLURIBUS expresses the character of an estate located at an elevation over 1,100 feet on the dramatic slopes of Spring Mountain. QUELLA is from a 9-acre site in the eastern hills overlooking the heart of Napa Valley. The name is derived from the German word for a pristine source or an artesian aquifer. ST. EDEN is based upon an 11-acre rocky knoll that is part of an estate north of the Oakville Crossroad. Eden is an historical reference to this region’s designation on nineteeth century maps. VECINA is coined from the Spanish word for neighbor and is from property situation directly southeast of the BOND winery. MELBURY originates from a spectacular property on the slopes north of Lake Hennessey in the hills east of Rutherford.

And just when you think the Spectre of the evening can deliver no more, your hosts will ask:  Are you feeling lucky? Descend to the lower level for a hand at the Casino Royale where you’ll have a front seat View to a Kill-er hand as you try your luck at the game tables – with Champagne of course. As Diamonds are Forever, your hosts will gladly accept them as collateral.
