Brunch is always a good idea. Always. And who needs raindrops on roses and whiskers on kittens when you have WINE?

The winning bidders of this lot will join their friends for brunch on Saturday, December 7, 2024. They will experience a tour through the world of superior wine, lip-smacking seafood, and the perfect pairings at Henrietta Red. The brunch starts and finishes strong with Billecart-Salmon and Veuve Clicquot, because, as they say, brunch without Champagne is just a sad breakfast. Along the way, guests will slurp oysters with Sauvignon Blanc! They will be wined with White Burgundies and dined with crab or fish cakes! And be blown away by Burgundy and Pinot with eggs!

Nashville-born and raised Julia Sullivan creates memorable dining experiences by balancing interesting flavors and immaculate presentation, all while having a cheerful attitude. Chef Sullivan created Henrietta Red through years of hard work and meaningful influences from her times in New Orleans, New York City, and Burgundy. Her dedication to her craft is apparent in the many awards that both Henrietta Red and Chef Sullivan have received throughout the years, including being named one of the Best New Chefs in 2018 by Food & Wine and one of America’s 50 Best New Restaurants by Bon Appetit in 2017. this will be an incredible culinary experience.
