Brunch is always a good idea… Always. And who needs raindrops on roses and whiskers on kittens when you have WINE?

The winning bidders of this lot will join their friends for brunch on Saturday, December 6, 2025. They will experience a tour through the world of superior wine, lip-smacking seafood, and the perfect pairings at Henrietta Red. The brunch starts strong with 2018 Delamotte Blanc de Blancs, because, as they say, brunch without Champagne is just a sad breakfast. Take time to slurp oysters with superior Silex Sauvignon Blanc! Be wined with HdV and Hyde Vineyards Chardonnay and dined with crab or fish cakes! Be blown away by Premier and Grand Cru Burgundy with eggs!

Nashville born and raised Julia Sullivan creates memorable dining experiences through balancing interesting flavors and immaculate presentation, all while having a cheerful attitude. Chef Sullivan created Henrietta Red through years of hard work and meaningful influences from her times in New Orleans, New York City, and Burgundy. Her dedication to her craft is apparent in the many awards that both Henrietta Red and Chef Sullivan have received throughout the years, including being named one of the Best New Chefs in 2018 by Food & Wine and one of America’s 50 Best New Restaurants by Bon Appetit in 2017.
