This is your chance to enjoy personalized visits and unique perspectives from several different wineries. You’ll have two home bases during this trip, one of which is the Cold Springs Estate at the Clif Family Winery, and the other being the Guest House at Cornell Vineyards. Get ready to experience Napa as a treasured VIP guest.

For the high bidder on this lot Nashville Wine Auction will book your trip and also provide a driver, from Eclectic Tour, for four days of your tasting itinerary. Here’s how the rest of the trip will unfold:

Day One:
Make your way to the community of Angwin, just northeast of St. Helena and check in to Clif Family Winery’s Cold Springs Guest House. Overlooking Cabernet Sauvignon vineyards and surrounded by old growth redwood and pine trees, this 4 bedroom, 3 bath home on Howell Mountain is the perfect wine country getaway. More importantly, the open floor plan allows for a comfortable and casual space to relax and unwind after busy days spent tasting wines.

You don’t have far to go for your first tasting on the agenda, as it will be at the beautiful Clif Family Enoteca Private Tasting Salon overlooking Napa Valley’s iconic Mayacamas Mountain Range. Winemaker Laura Barrett and Executive Chef John McConnell create exceptional tasting experiences there, pairing small-production Howell Mountain estate wines with organic seasonal produce from the Clif Family Farm. Enjoy an intimate fireside experience in the cooler months or an outdoor terrace experience with beautiful vineyard views during the warmer months.

Day Two:
Head to Diamond Mountain where you’ll experience an exclusive lunch parallel to the wine, high above the clouds overlooking the Napa Valley. Straddling the Sonoma and Napa County line at an elevation of 2200 feet, Diamond Mountain Estate Vineyards sit above the fog line with optimal sunlight and a longer, cooler growing season resulting in bold, concentrated mountain fruit. Diamond Mountain Vineyard continues to showcase the unique characteristics of each vineyard block, producing wines from Rhône-style Syrah to single varietal Bordeaux. Enjoy a tour, tasting and lunch with a Private Chef and the Winemaker, Kevin Vecchiarelli.

From Diamond Mountain you’ll head to Howell Mountain to join ADAMVS Viticulturalist, Giuseppe Tumbarello, in the vineyard. This Biodynamic Vineyard Immersion Experience could include pruning, suckering, green dropping, or harvesting. You’ll just have to see what the grapes have in mind! You’ll also join General Manager and Winemaker, Alberto Bianchi for a barrel tasting of ADAMVS wines.

Day Three:
Your time at the Clif Family Winery Cold Springs Estate has come to a close, but there is much more trip to be had! Make your way to the beautiful Cornell Vineyards in the Mayacamas Range just west of the Spring Mountain District. The Cornell Vineyards guest house is a newly renovated Spanish-style home, tucked away in a quiet corner of the 240-acre estate with access to private hiking trails. The spacious open plan home has three bedrooms and two bathrooms, an additional lounge, and a brand-new chef grade kitchen.

Under the guidance of winemakers Francoise Peschon and Elizabeth Tangney, Cornell Vineyards strives to make a Cabernet Sauvignon that is faithful to the diversity of the impressive 240 acres of land on which they reside. Indeed, Cornell was hailed by Antonio Galloni as “One of the most exciting and dynamic estate wineries in northern California.”  You’ll check in with these trend-setters and then enjoy a chef-prepared lunch paired with Cornell’s wines on the Vineyard House deck.

Next, head up to the highest peak on Spring Mountain for your tasting with Terra Valentine. The views are expansive views and stretch from Mt. Tam in Marin to the Sonoma Coast range to the Napa Valley, with the Palisades and Mount St. Helena as the backdrop. Competing with the view in the foreground will be Terra Valentine’s array of tantalizing wines. This experience is like no other!

Day Four:
Another day, another lunch lined up for you! Today you’ll head to Atlas Peak and the iconic Stagecoach Vineyard and join Pahlmeyer Winemaker, Kathryn Vogt for a VIP tour, tasting, and picnic lunch. “All I wanted to do was to create my own ‘California Mouton’ – a rich, powerful Napa Valley Bordeaux blend, a wine that would drop wine lovers to their knees,” says Jayson Pahlmeyer.

After lunch you’ll descend from the mountain and head downtown St. Helena where you’ll join The DEBATE at the Spring House. We live in an age where less and less time is spent at the dinner table discussing these different points of view. THE DEBATE mission is to bring people together to share a glass of wine to discuss and debate. Get into the nitty-gritty at this Library Vertical tasting with Winemaker, Jean Hoefliger.

Day Five:
Today’s lunch is a Pairings favorite! Join Scotti Stark, founder of Harumph wines at Brasswood Bar + Kitchen in St. Helena. He’ll be pouring not only Harumph, but Patria and Tobias Vineyards as well! Start your experience with a tour of the Brasswood property and then settle in for a tantalizing lunch paired with delicious wines.

Next up, following a daunting one-minute walk, is a tasting with Moone Tsai Wines. Moone Tsai Wines is proud to share their remarkable limited production wines, whose subtle balance of elegance, structure, power and finesse are a striking embodiment of the noble lion, protector of Bacchus, who graces their label. Experience a guided wine tasting featuring a selection of wines from among their latest releases.

Day Six:
Wave goodbye to Clif Family Winery, Cornell Vineyards, and all of your new friends in Napa, and head back to Nashville with hearts full of memories, bellies full of food and wine, minds full of wine notes, and cellars soon to be full of wine allocations!
