This two-night adventure will include a number of exclusive opportunities to dive into Paso’s cave systems, meet the winemakers, and explore the unique offerings. Buckle up, this looks like another unforgettable trip that you might not remember ! This trip includes:
Law Estate Wines – Tour & Tasting with the Winemakers
After an exhaustive search, Don and Susie Law discovered a unique and remarkable property that produced the premium fruit they desired. The goal was a winery that could manifest the quality of the terrific fruit and create a world-class wine. Mission accomplished. You’ll love Law Estate’s ultra-premium, limited production, Rhône and Priorat style wines.
Niner Wine Estates – Lunch & Tasting
Niner Wines is a family-owned estate winery that aspires to make great wine from two distinct vineyard sites in the central coast of California. The flagship blend is Fog Catcher, and they focus on estate grown Cabernet Sauvignon, Pinot Noir & Chardonnay. Your visit to Niner Wines includes a tasting and lunch, which is fortunate since the restaurant at Niner Winery was awarded one of America’s Best Winery Restaurants by Wine & Food Magazine.
L’Aventure Winery – Cave Tour & Tasting
Stephan Asseo developed into an artisan winemaker of fastidious craftsmanship and gained a reputation as a maverick vigneron while in his native France. However, his true desire was to be more innovative than AOC law would allow. In 1996, he discovered Paso Robles, and the result of that love affair was L’Aventure Winery. Start your Cave Tasting Experience with a glass of Thienot Champagne and tour the ground and caves and conclude with a seated tasting in Stephan’s private library located in the caves.

Booker Vineyard – Cave Tour & Tasting and Private VIP Dinner|
At Booker, the purpose is simple: to thoughtfully farm and craft world class wines that leave a small footprint but make a big impact. The 100 acre certified organic estate vineyard produces a myriad of different wines with an emphasis on Rhône varietals. You’ll get an inside look at Booker in their Cave Lounge fit for rock stars. Look and taste through history with an exposed calcareous limestone rock wall and access to our Founder’s personal library. Share a toast, spin some vinyl, and pop some corks!
In addition to a cave tasting, you’ll get an intimate, one-of-a-kind, private terrace dinner at Booker. Created just for this auction, this dinner is a rare opportunity to experience Booker and their wines in an elevated and exclusive way!
But wait, there is more! This Paso Robles extravaganza also includes a two-night stay for three couples, however at the time of printing that information was not yet available. It will be announced from the stage.
