NASHVILLE, TENN. – April 2022 – The Nashville Wine Auction will present its 43rd Annual l’Eté du Vin July 21-23. This year’s theme is “Bubbles & Burgundy,” and it will be a summertime celebration of French wines that is not to be missed! The fundraiser to Feature wines of Champagne Gardet, Domain Christian Clerget and Domain Alain & Christiane Patriarche.
Guests of Honor Christophe Prieux of Champagne Gardet, Christian Clerget and his daughter Justine Clerget of Domain Christian Clerget will travel to Nashville to personally participate in this highly anticipated fundraising event in Nashville, Tenn.
l’Eté du Vin, or “Summer of Wine” in French, consists of three main events: The Vintners’ Tasting on July 21, The Patrons’ Dinner on July 22, and l’Eté du Vin Live Auction on July 23.
The Nashville Wine Auction continues to break its own fundraising goals and records, demonstrating that Nashville’s wine community loves wine and hates cancer. The annual nFocus “Best Parties 2021: Readers’ Poll” issue continues to shine a light on the nonprofit with multiple awards given to the Nashville Wine Auction events including the Best Party of 2021 going to l’Eté du Vin overall. Other “Best Parties” honors include “Best Auction Item,” “Best Menu,” and “Most Fun Party,” – among many other accolades. In addition to the fun that was clearly experienced by the attendees, millions of dollars were raised for local nonprofit cancer-related organizations whose purpose is directly related to cutting-edge research, innovative treatment, and family/caregiver support.
“The Nashville Wine Auction supporters have proven to be loyal and enthusiastic during our last two record-breaking events,” said Loren Chumley, Pres. and CEO of the Nashville Wine Auction. “We are honored by this clear demonstration of commitment to our nonprofit’s mission. We are grateful and focused on rewarding our crowd with a l’Eté du Vin filled with a celebration of bubbles, Burgundy and beautiful moments shared with friends. We will certainly offer all who attend an excellent time for a wonderful cause.”
This year’s event co-chairs are Chase Cole, Cindee & Michael Gold, and Christie Wilson.
