Nashville Wine Auction Reveals Menu for Pairings 2014: A Celebration of Wine & Food
NASHVILLE, Tenn. (February 6, 2014) – Nashville Wine Auction is pleased to reveal the menu for their upcoming event, Pairings: A Celebration of Wine and Food.
On Friday, February 21 from 7:00 pm to 8:00 pm, guests will enjoy a wine reception and hors d’oeuvres from Chef Andy Hayes, executive chef of the newly opened Moto. From 8:00 pm to 10:30 pm, guests will sit down to a four course dinner prepared by award winning chefs and perfectly paired with California wine. The Gourmet Dinner and Live Auction will be held at The Rosewall, MStreet Entertainment Group’s event venue.
“This year’s menu showcases the great talent of our featured chefs and vintners! Our mouths are already watering to taste their exquisite creations,” said Holly Whaley, Executive Director of the Nashville Wine Auction.
