Fritz Hatton | 2024 Norman M. Lipman Award Recipients

This year we honor Beth and John Huff with the Norman M. Lipman award for Steadfast Commitment. As original founders of Nashville Wine Auction, volunteers and long-time generous donors, their passion to fight cancer is woven throughout the history of our organization. Beth worked in the Division of Gynecologic Oncology at Vanderbilt for twelve years, during which time she served as national president of the Society of Gynecologic Nurse Oncologists. John was the Chief of Breast Imaging at Baptist Hospital in Nashville, and Imaging Director of the Baptist Comprehensive Breast Care Center from 1992 until July 2007 when he joined the breast imaging team at the Vanderbilt Breast Clinic.

Damien Barton Sartorius, Owner and General Manager of Barton Family Wines, is part of the 10th generation in the Barton wine dynasty that began in 1725, when Thomas Barton, a native of Ireland, landed on the quays of Bordeaux. Along with his sister Mélanie Barton Sartorius they are proud to be the next generation of this tight-knit family business.
