Working at Nashville Wine Auction is both fun and rewarding! This internship offers hands-on experience and gives interns real responsibility starting on day one. You can really feel the passion that the staff has for both sharing wine and fighting cancer, and it is this passion that fuels all of the great work that this organization does to host its prestigious events and support the local community.
I came to Nashville Wine Auction as their Event Planning intern, but what I learned was so much more. I got to experience some Marketing, Administration, and a lot of the complex wine world. I am so grateful for my four months working here and can’t wait to put these new skills wherever my career takes me.
This internship has opened my eyes to the immense amount of detail and planning that goes on behind the scenes of events. In my time at Nashville Wine Auction I met some wonderful people and developed many skills that will be applicable to my future, regardless of what field I enter. My summer at the Nashville Wine Auction has been an experience I will never forget! Throughout my internship, I was able to develop my skills in journalism and marketing by learning the ins and outs of event planning and the business of a non-profit. To top it off, l’Eté du Vin was a rewarding weekend where I was able to watch all of our hard work come together for a great cause.
