Wine Events Calendar

From one summer’s eve in 1980 until now, we have hosted wine events and auctions in the Nashville, TN area to raise money for the battle against cancer. What started with Un Eté du Vin, “A Summer of Wine,” has grown into a successful non-profit organization known as Nashville Wine Auction. Generosity of Spirit: The funds raised at our events are donated to non-profit organizations for cancer research, patient treatment and family support. Because we are passionate about our community, all of our proceeds stay in Tennessee. If you would love to partake in an evening of glamour, generosity, good cheer and great wine, consider one of our auction events:

Nashville Wine Auction is invested in the health of our guests and the overall community. All guests of Nashville Wine Auction events have the option to wear a mask anytime they are indoors. If you have a condition that weakens your immune system or take certain medications, you may need to take extra precautions even if you are fully vaccinated, as instructed by your doctor.  We care deeply about our community of supporters, cancer survivors, volunteers, and staff, and encourage everyone to take the necessary precautions for their health.

Noble Grapes 101: A Guided Wine Tasting

November 2 @ 5:30 pm - 8:30 pm

Brought to you by the Nashville Wine Auction Emerging Leaders Board, we are excited to host another wine tasting class led by Grand Cru Guild and Board Member, Steve Taylor. This workshop will focus on the “noble” and famous grape varietals: those grapes grown around the world that are popularly known for expressing the terroir of their origin.

On Wednesday, November 2, 2022, you’ll taste Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, Riesling, Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah, and Pinot Noir from around the world. Learn about the regions that make these grapes so royal and the differences one can expect based on the provenance of the wine.

Join us on the 24th floor of Alliance Bernstein’s new downtown headquarters and go back to the basics for this fun and unique exposure to the noble grapes.

This tasting takes place on Wednesday, November 2, 2023 at The Alliance Bernstein Building downtown Nashville.
