From one summer’s eve in 1980 until now, we have hosted wine events and auctions in the Nashville, TN area to raise money for the battle against cancer. What started with Un Eté du Vin, “A Summer of Wine,” has grown into a successful non-profit organization known as Nashville Wine Auction. Generosity of Spirit: The funds raised at our events are donated to non-profit organizations for cancer research, patient treatment and family support. Because we are passionate about our community, all of our proceeds stay in Tennessee. The most talked about backyard bash from last summer is back! This time, Rahel Klapheke Sloan and Jim Sloan are kicking off fall in a big way. Together with Blackbird Vineyards, Clif Family Winery, Darioush Winery and E3 Chophouse, they are offering up the best way to spend a Saturday – with a whole lot of CAB ‘n a whole lot of COW!
Guests begin the evening on Saturday, September 26, 2020 with a fresh glass of Rosé from Blackbird Vineyards, while the marvelous scent of meat cooking on the grill wafts through the party. Then they mix and mingle with 50 of their closest friends, all while enjoying decadent Cabernet Sauvignon from Clif Family Winery, Darioush, and Blackbird Vineyards. This vintner lineup is the perfect trio!
If the wines weren’t enough to entice guests, then perhaps the meat will. Nashville’s hottest new steakhouse, E3 Chophouse will be supplying the beef for this event, and everyone’s taste buds are sure to thank them. E3 Ranch and Co. responsibly raises all-natural Angus beef that faithfully results in the best tasting, highest quality protein in the USA. Their purposeful process respects the animal and is a gift to those who raise their fork with exceedingly high standards.
