Pam and Steve Taylor have raided their cellar to put together a “favoloso” lineup of wines that Chef Tony Galzin will pair with his imaginative dishes.

Top level Italian producers (Bruno Giacosa, Pieropan, Gaja) alongside top notch Italian cuisine? You couldn’t ask for a bigger or better night! This is why we’re calling it the Big Night!
