From one summer’s eve in 1980 until now, we have hosted wine events and auctions in the Nashville, TN area to raise money for the battle against cancer. What started with Un Eté du Vin, “A Summer of Wine,” has grown into a successful non-profit organization known as Nashville Wine Auction. Generosity of Spirit: The funds raised at our events are donated to non-profit organizations for cancer research, patient treatment and family support. Because we are passionate about our community, all of our proceeds stay in Tennessee. If you would love to partake in an evening of glamour, generosity, good cheer and great wine, consider one of our auction events:
The Prunotto estate is located in Alba, within the Centuries-old territory: The Langhe.
Alba is the most important city in the Langhe area halfway between Barbaresco and Barolo on the right side of the Tanaro river. Alba’s surrounding landscapes are captivating. The natural beauty of the gently rolling hills alternate with small sloping valleys covered by rows of meticulously cultivated vineyards. The Antinori family, charmed by such natural beauty, unique vineyards and soils, decided to invest time and energy in this terroir confident that their efforts would make Prunotto what it is today, one of the most important winemaking estates in the Piedmont region.
Join us on July 23 where the wines of Prunotto will be complemented by the Italian cuisine of Giovanni Ristorante, one of the best Italian restaurants in Nashville, serving authentic creations by Chef Giovanni Pinato — homemade pastas, exquisite risotto, seasonal black and white truffles, imported cheeses, salumi, veal, prime beef, fresh seafood and delicious homemade Italian bread.
