Wine Events Calendar

From one summer’s eve in 1980 until now, we have hosted wine events and auctions in the Nashville, TN area to raise money for the battle against cancer. What started with Un Eté du Vin, “A Summer of Wine,” has grown into a successful non-profit organization known as Nashville Wine Auction. Generosity of Spirit: The funds raised at our events are donated to non-profit organizations for cancer research, patient treatment and family support. Because we are passionate about our community, all of our proceeds stay in Tennessee. If you would love to partake in an evening of glamour, generosity, good cheer and great wine, consider one of our auction events:

Nashville Wine Auction is invested in the health of our guests and the overall community. All guests of Nashville Wine Auction events have the option to wear a mask anytime they are indoors. Please do not attend a Nashville Wine Auction event if you are not feeling well or have symptoms, irrespective of your vaccine status. If you have a condition that weakens your immune system or take certain medications, you may need to take extra precautions even if you are fully vaccinated, as instructed by your doctor.  We care deeply about our community of supporters, cancer survivors, volunteers, and staff, and encourage everyone to take the necessary precautions for their health.

A Salute to Italy with Irv and Giovanni’s, Dinner

May 18, 2019 @ 1:30 pm

Irv and Karin Lingo throw one heck of an Italian festa (that’s Italian for party). And with each offering, they take it up a notch. On Saturday May 18, 2019, eight amici (that’s Italian for friends) will gather at Giovanni’s for an evening celebrating the best of Italian vino e cibo (that’s Italian for wine and food)!

After the obligatory Krug palate opener, you’ll jump into an Antinori’s flagship white wine, Cervaro della Sala 2015. Then, you’ll spring into a 2007 Amarone della Valpolicella from Dal Forno for the pasta course. Up next are the undisputed stars of the Super Tuscan world, Ornellaia and Masseto (2004 and 2000 respectively). You’ll finish with the King and Queen of Piemonte, a 1996 Barbaresco Asili from Giacosa and a 1998 Barolo Monfortino from Giacomo Conterno. Oh, and we can’t have dessert without a Sauternes!
