Cult Wine Tasting at Kayne Prime

10/20/2011 – Amazing, amazing dinner last night. There were smiles all around. Kayne Prime (from the setting to the servers) did a fantastic job and there was plenty of food. The Red Snapper was a highlight, but I don’t think anyone was prepared for the Red Meat Challenge that was the final course. The wines showed very well and I saved a little for afterward so that folks could try a few of their favorites a second time. Here are the wines we drank:
