COVID-19 Policy for Pairings 10th Anniversary Events

COVID-19 Protocol for Pairings 10th Anniversary Events

Nashville Wine Auction is invested in the health of our guests and the overall community. Guests attending Wined Up! or the Collector’s Showcase (February 25) or Pairings Auction (February 26) will be asked to show proof of vaccination, or a negative COVID-19 test taken within 48 hours.  Guests attending Private Vintner Dinners (February 24) should be prepared to show – upon request – proof of vaccination or a negative COVID-19 test taken within 48 hours.  Certain venues will require this for indoor dining.

Patrons may present a physical vaccination card or a photo of a vaccination card. COVID-19 tests should be date-stamped PCR or antigen tests administered within 48 hours prior to the event.   (Home tests will not be accepted).

  • Masks are recommended when guests are not actively eating or drinking.
  • Proof of vaccination or negative COVID-19 test taken within 48 hours is required for event staff and volunteers.
  • We recognize that not everyone will be able to comply with the requirements. If you are interested in a refund for your ticket, please let us know by Friday, February 1, 2022.   We will not be able to accommodate requests for refunds beyond that date.

The Nashville Wine Auction has long supported our local cancer community organizations, and we look forward to continuing to do so in the safest way possible.
