COVID-19 Protocol for the 43rd Annual l’Eté du Vin Events

Nashville Wine Auction is invested in the health of our guests and the overall community. Guests attending Vintners’ Tasting (July 21) , Patrons’ Dinner (July 21) or the l’Eté du Vin (July 23)  will be asked to show proof of vaccination, or a negative COVID-19 test taken within 48 hours. Patrons may present a physical vaccination card or a photo of a vaccination card. COVID-19 tests should be date-stamped PCR or antigen tests administered within 48 hours prior to the event.   (Home tests will not be accepted).

  • Masks are recommended when guests are not actively eating or drinking.
  • Proof of vaccination or negative COVID-19 test taken within 48 hours is required for event staff and volunteers.

The Nashville Wine Auction has long supported our local cancer community organizations, and we look forward to continuing to do so in the safest way possible.

COVID-19 Pre-Event Check In

To speed up your entry on-site, we now offer an option for online COVID-19 pre-event screening. While screening (proof of vaccination or negative test within 48 hours) may be done upon arrival, it will delay your entry. We strongly recommend you consider utilizing this pre-screening option, which allows you to upload a photo of your vaccination card (or 48-hour negative test) before the event to expedite the check-in process.

Follow the steps below and your COVID Pre-Screening will be complete! Upon arrival, you will only need to provide your name and then proceed to registration.

  • Click the link below
  • Complete the online form
  • Upload proof of vaccination or your proof of negative test within 48 hours of the event
