One of Nashville’s favorites, Will Uhlhorn brings extraordinary knowledge and experience to the table and will offer a new modernized menu with local, seasonal and house made ingredients at 360 Bistro as new Executive Chef.
Uhlhorn, father of two girls and originally from Memphis, began his career working as a sous chef at City Grocery in Oxford, MS while attending the University of Mississippi. He spent his early years in Memphis, New York and Boston gaining experience in variety of styles of restaurants including Boston’s Hamersley’s Bistro and East Coast Grill. Uhlhorn then moved to Nashville as Chef of F. Scott’s restaurant for five years before opening Table 3 with two partners. He most recently was the Chef at Miel before bringing his culinary skills to 360.
