Welch’s philosophies emphasize precise technique and honestly at all levels of production, from sourcing to plating – always finding the finest farm-to-table ingredients and crafting the menu toward zero waste. He also directs Honey’s’ cocktail program, which offers five rotating drinks crafted from a culinary perspective, using ingredients and flavor profiles designed to complement and correspond with the food menu.
