Chef Kelsi Armijo joined the team at The Hermitage Hotel with the opening of the newest Jean-Georges restaurant, Drusie & Darr, in 2021.

Kelsi began her culinary career with Julian Serano at Picasso in Las Vegas where she was introduced to Jean Georges with Prime. Kelsi was honored to be asked to open Jean Georges Steakhouse in Aria as part of the opening team. After two and a half years, Kelsi ventured out to work for Joel Robuchon and Shawn McClain to eventually come back as a Sous Chef with Jean Georges. Kelsi then moved to Los Angeles to work for the Peninsula Beverly Hills, eventually becoming Executive Chef of the property for six years.

We are thrilled to have Chef Kelsi return as the featured chef for the Patrons’ Dinner again this year.
