Bob Waggoner (Lynch-Bages Patron’s Dinner Chef) on Talk of the Town!

For those of you who may have missed this before the l’Eté du Vin Gone Country Auction, you’ll want to watch Bob Waggoner on Channel 5’s Talk of the Town cook a scallop dish that is now being served at Watermark! Chef Waggoner did a fantastic job on the dish, and was a crowd favorite at the Château Lynch-Bages Patron’s Dinner on July 20, 2012. Thank you Chef Waggoner!
