The Garden Room is the scene for this egg-stravagant endeavor. You will think the world is your oyster as you dive into your first course, paired with perfectly chilled Moët & Chandon. Indeed, every course will be perfectly paired and poured by Nashville Wine Auction friend and Sommelier, Josh Tiensivu.

 

Urban Grub’s Executive Chef Marino Bianchi will be whisking up this delicious egg-sperience. Known for his bold and flavorful dishes, Chef Bianchi has gained his experience by working at many other egg-xemplary Nashville restaurants including Moto, Virago, and Chauhan.

 

Pastry Chef from Urban Grub and The Butter Milk Ranch, Alyssa Gangeri, will serve up egg-squisite and swoon-worthy pastries. Being raised in a large Italian family in Cape Cod, she has been baking since she was a child. The accomplished Chef Gangeri is a 2022 StarChefs Nashville Rising Stars winner and author of multiple cookbooks. You know her most for everyone’s favorite dessert ever at Pairings 2023 and we can’t wait to see what she is cooking up for Pairings 2024!
